As 2015 finished with a record performance of 315 sales, how is 2016 looking? The first two months of 2015 had 44 sales, 2016 has achieved 52 sales. Great time to sell!
What’s Happening In The Condo Market

How did 2014 sales compare to previous years? From the year 2000 the average sales per year was 255, last year 2014 had 256 sales right on the average. My prediction for 2015 will be more sales as our inventory is 25% less than normal, less inventory means more sales.
